Our Cloud Readiness Assessment service will perform an initial strategic assessment of on-premise infrastructure, applications and workloads. The outcome is to provide a detailed report of the organisations readiness to move to the cloud.

  • Executive overview of Cloud (Azure/AWS) benefits, best practice and case studies
  • Strategic assessment of client’s current IT infrastructure, IT roadmap

  • Assess / discover the key applications/workloads in current environment
  • Discuss requirements specifically for applications / workload that will benefit from cloud
  • Work with client executive management and technical teams to identify candidate applications for cloud deployment, identify business requirements for the same
  • Map current IT environment to future stacks on Azure/AWS cloud and high-level advice on what, why and how it can done
  • Discuss cloud architecture best practices, asset life cycle needs and overall cloud plans in clients IT roadmap

PLAN

A business operations assessment that results in a defined architecture recommendation, strategy & roadmap, and migration & deployment planning. We will help you select the right public cloud infrastructure for your business application(s).

BUILD

Configuring and deploying environments with direct alignment to the business operations assessment. This phase includes architecture design, product delivery and deployment processes, and secure migration services.

LAUNCH

Once deployed, our team will monitor your environment and provide post-migration services, ongoing cloud optimisation, proactive support, and overall operational efficiencies.

Migration Engagement Flow

  • The Account Executive and Solutions Architect will be responsible for presenting the value propositions to the client and identifying their motivations.
  • To insure customers have skin in the game, we want to charge a fee ($) to proceed to the Initial Assessment Phase which will determine environments size & complexity.
  • The value of Discovery is a fully documented assessment and migration plan to address the client migration motivations.
  • Both Professional Services and our Cloud Center of Excellence will create the SOWs.Business Case input from the Solution Architect will help focus the Plan.
